the TUGNOLOGY 2011 CONFERENCE in Antwerp, Belgium, on 17th May, as Chairman of the European Tugowners’ Association.

Richard highlighted the recent joint-industry guidelines on the design and layout of harbour towage equipment produced by the European Maritime Pilots’ Association and the ETA.
